新形势下电力企业逐步走向了开放式,呈现出较为激烈的竞争局面,企业的经营管理也随之发生了一定改变。为了更好地应对电力企业在经营发展过程中的挑战,企业应当针对现阶段的管理状况进行分析,并对企业改革做出更加深入的研究,切实提高企业的经营管理水平。就此,笔者在本文中基于电力企业经营管理的现状提出相应的改革措施同大家共同探讨。
Under the new situation, the electric power enterprises have been moving toward an open style step by step, presenting a fiercer competitive situation. As a result, the operation and management of the enterprises have also undergone some changes. In order to better meet the challenges of power enterprises in the operation and development process, enterprises should analyze the current state of management and make more in-depth studies on enterprise reform so as to effectively improve their operation and management level. In this connection, the author of this article based on the status quo of the power company management put forward the corresponding reform measures to discuss with everyone.
