《瞭望》新闻周刊近日发表题目为《警惕部门利益膨胀》的文章说,近年来,随着市场经济的发展,中央政府机构中的部门利益问题日益突出。在决策或履行职能过程中,有些部门过多从本部门利益出发,过于强调、维护与谋取本部门利益,影响了决策的战略性、全局性和前瞻性,损害了社会公正与大众利益,增添了国家经济及政治风险。现特刊登中国现代国际关系研究院经济安全研究中心主任江涌的这篇文章,以飨读者。
