《纲要》中明确指出:“积极开展适合幼儿的体育活动,每日户外体育活动不得少于二小时。”据我们的调查与研究,小班幼儿拍球的时候两手的手掌与球体要基本吻合,利用手臂、手腕前摆的力量以及手指等部位的协调用力,两只手及手臂的用力要均匀。以幼儿生长发育特点为依据,以提高机能水平为渠道,以练习为主要手段,并从培养幼儿对拍球活动的兴趣需要入手,探索出适合本园幼儿年龄特点的丰富多彩,生动有趣的拍球活动,最终目标是幼儿获得身心健康,提高身体素质为目的,增强幼儿的体质。
