在知识管理的各环节中,知识的传播与共享是最为关键也是面临障碍最多的一个环节。知识共享是指一个组织内部的信息和知识应尽可能公开,使每个人都能更有效地接触和使用组织的知识和信息。对于一个组织特别是企业来说,创新是其保持竞争优势之源,而创新本身也是一种新知识的创造,而这种创造离开知识的共享与积累则无从谈起。
In each aspect of knowledge management, the dissemination and sharing of knowledge is the most critical and is the one that faces the most obstacles. Knowledge sharing means that information and knowledge within an organization should be as open as possible, so that everyone can more effectively access and use the organization’s knowledge and information. For an organization, especially an enterprise, innovation is the source of maintaining its competitive advantage, and innovation itself is also a creation of new knowledge. There is no way to talk about the sharing and accumulation of knowledge from such creation.
