80年代世界经济发展速度进一步放慢,从1980年到1987年的8年中,世界经济年均增长2.9%,是战后各年代中增长率最低的,比70年代已降低的年均增长率(4.2%)减少31%。世界贸易发展速度放慢的情形更加明显,这一时期世界贸易量和贸易值年均分别增长2.5%和6.4%,比70年代的增长率(年均分别增长6.4%和19.4%)低得更多。从现在起到本世纪末,世界经济贸易形势将会发生何种变化,国内外人们看法分歧很大。我们认为,80年代以来世界经济贸易已经形成的格局,今后可能发生某些变化,但就发展速度而言,变化估计不会太烈。
In the 1980s, the pace of global economic development further slowed down. From 1980 to 1987, the world economy grew at an average annual rate of 2.9% over the 1980s, the lowest rate ever recorded in the post-war years and lower than the average annual rate of decline in the 1970s (4.2%) a 31% decrease. The slowdown in the development of world trade was even more pronounced. World trade volume and trade value increased by 2.5% and 6.4% respectively over the same period of the previous year, much lower than the growth rates of the 1970s (with annual increases of 6.4% and 19.4% respectively) many. From now till the end of this century, what changes will happen to the world economic and trade situation and people at home and abroad have very different opinions? We think that some changes have taken place in the pattern that the world economy and trade have formed since the 1980s. However, as far as the pace of development is concerned, the changes will not be too far.
