2014年,河北省保定市民政局根据省民政厅年度救灾工作目标任务,积极研究探索,指导督促各县(市、区)制定出台县级自然灾害受灾群众生活救助办法,全面提升自然灾害救助工作标准化、制度化和规范化建设水平。截至目前,全市26个县(市、区)中,已有20个县(市、区)制定出台了救助办法,完成率达80%,其余县(市、区)也已制定并上报当地政府,待批准后正式下发。以下是本市在推进灾害救助工作方面的一些做法:
