利用普通野生稻(O.sativa L.f.spontanea Roschev.)和栽培稻(O.sati-vaL)杂交(正交或反交)先后育成了15个不同细胞质来源的质核雄性不育系,并且获得了三种恢保关系不同的不育细胞质类型。在选育实践中发现栽培稻的正常细胞质可以接受野生稻细胞核或野栽杂合核的影响,诱导出不育细胞质,并且在以后的世代中能稳定遗传。新质源雄性不育系选肓的结果证实,可以获得恢保关系不同的雄性不育类型,这对充分利用水稻品种选育新三系及消除生产上单一胞质的脆弱性将是有利的。
Fifteen cytoplasmic male sterile lines with different cytoplasm origins were bred by crossing (Orthogonal or Inverse) crosses between O.sativa Lfspontanea Roschev. And O.sati-vaL Three kinds of restore the relationship between the different types of sterile cytoplasm. In breeding practice, the normal cytoplasm of cultivated rice was found to be able to accept heterozygous nuclei in wild or wild plant cells, induce sterile cytoplasm, and be stable in later generations. The results of the new CMS line confirmed that different types of male sterility could be obtained, which would be beneficial to make full use of rice varieties to breed new three lines and eliminate single cytoplasm vulnerability in production .
