采用离体豚鼠心脏灌流和猪冠脉螺旋条生物检定观察黄芪注射液对豚鼠冠脉及猪冠脉的直接作用。黄芪注射液(终浓度:5μg·L-1~20μg·L-1)使豚鼠冠状动脉流量增加,呈量效依赖关系,并使心肌收缩力增强。黄芪注射液(终浓度:20g·L-1~80g·L-1)可使氯化钾(KCl)和组织胺诱导猪冠状动脉条收缩曲线压低,呈量效依赖关系。表明黄芪对冠脉有直接扩张作用,使冠脉流量增加并非间接作用
The direct effect of Huangqi injection on coronary artery of guinea pigs and porcine coronary arteries was observed using isolated guinea pig heart perfusion and porcine coronary spiral strip bioassay. Astragalus injection (final concentration: 5μg·L-1~20μg·L-1) increased the coronary flow of guinea pigs in a dose-effect dependent manner, and enhanced myocardial contractility. Huangqi injection (final concentration: 20g·L-1~80g·L-1) can reduce the contraction curve of potassium chloride (KCl) and histamine-induced porcine coronary artery bar in a dose-dependent manner. Shows that Astragalus has a direct expansion effect on coronary arteries, so that increased coronary flow is not an indirect effect
