延边朝鲜族自治州党校系统学习考察团圆满地完成了赴北京、上海、江苏、山东、大连的学习考察任务。这次学习考察,使我们大开眼界,不仅看到了各地区党校认真学习和贯彻落实中央10号文件后的蓬勃发展,而且找到了我们与其他党校的差距,明确了今后党校工作努力的方向。本文结合考察的主要经验,探讨如何切实加强和改进党校工作,以适应培训现代化党政干部的要求。
Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Party School system study tour successfully completed the study tour to Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Shandong, Dalian. This study and inspection enabled us to have an eye-opener. We not only saw the vigorous development of the party schools in various regions after they studied and implemented the Central Party’s 10th document, but also found the gap between us and other party schools and made clear the direction for the future efforts of party schools. Based on the main experience of the investigation, this article explores how to conscientiously strengthen and improve the work of party schools to meet the requirements of training modern party and government cadres.
