王云庆、赵林林在《档案学通讯》2008年第1期上撰文谈非物质文化遗产档案的特征及其保护原则。一、非物质文化遗产档案的特征1、地方特色性非物质文化遗产档案的地方特色性主要是由非物质文化遗产的民族性、地域性等特性决定的。而由这些地域独创文化活动而来的档案自然也具有了鲜明的文化指向性,它们不只反映了某项文化活动的真实面貌,也直接或间接地反映出某一地区或某一群体的文化特征。
