实现了运用逆向工程技术针对收割机关键部件——凸轮盘的优化及研制。利用测量设备——三坐标测量仪对凸轮盘原件进行触测,得到凸轮盘的足量密集点云数据,通过SQL软件实现数据分割,经数据去毛刺和中值滤波计算后,获得平滑点云坐标,先使用双圆弧最佳逼近算法实现点云数据的拟合,构建凸轮盘的三维模型,再由径向基网络算法和现场多次试验验证相结合的方式,优化三维模型后,得出改进型凸轮盘设计图,实现凸轮盘的再制造。
Realize the use of reverse engineering technology for the harvester key components - cam disk optimization and development.
