The 18th China National Construction Crane and Fittings Industry Information Exchange Conference, organized by the National Construction Crane Industry Information Network and organized by the Dalian Institute of Technology Mechanical Engineering Machinery Research Institute, was held in Dalian from August 21 to August 24, 1999. The meeting was delivered by the Chief Engineer Lu Yifei, Chief Engineer of Beijing Crane Works, and Gao Shunde, Director of the Institute of Construction Machinery of Dalian University of Technology delivered a welcome speech.
