患者柳××,男性,现年57岁。1953年1月至1959年12月在工程兵某部施工坑道作放炮工(高浓度矽尘作业,无防护设备),1960年至1964年调青藏高原某部任职(不接触矽尘),1964年4月转业地方,分配在浏阳县某银行工作至今。患者1974年曾患胸膜炎,摄片检查,除见有少许胸膜积液外,未发现矽肺X线改变,住院经用链霉素、青霉素等药物治疗而痊愈出院,后来身体一直较好,1975年摄胸片复查,心肺正常。1984年10月因车祸住县人民医院,摄片发现Ⅲ型肺结核,但未见矽肺X线改变,当时无发热、盗汗和咯血等症状,同年11月在当地县人民医院开始抗结核治疗,但疗效一直不佳,于1985年4月转湖南省结核
