Luo Chengyi, a literary and art lover knows that he is a champion in Sichuan in the late Qing Dynasty, and also the only champion in Sichuan in Qing Dynasty for more than 260 years. Although later as Guangxu prisoner, the Qing Dynasty Ding leather, he did not play much. However, he has also made positive contributions to the people of Sichuan since he raised the tone of the Imperial University (now the predecessor of Peking University), supervised and presided over the Guangxi Legal and Political School, and raised the objections to Yuan Shih-kai’s reign in Shanxi and the Republic of China. But few people know about Pei Gu. As everyone knows, Luo Chengtao can monopolize the whole head, the big chief world, and his cultivation and help Pei Gu are inseparable. If you do not have the knowledge and talent of high Peigu, he may also be lifelong scholar, juren, obscurity, old man’s hometown. Therefore, if we use the phrase “worldly horses and then miles and miles” as a metaphor, then it is well-deserved to say that Kao Pei-k’u is “the bole of Luo Cheng-t’ao.”
