“100 million yuan project” is a grass-roots social engineering with scientific and technological, economic attributes. With a definite engineering index, it promotes the development of the township economy with the township enterprises as the mainstay and relies on the technological progress to realize the rural-rural transformation to the unification of the modern economy. Its extension of the study will be the key to the rural economy to a new level.
