  Abstract:With the required voice of the curriculum reform,the second curriculum reform is also in full swing,especially in the primary school stage.This paper will talk about three aspects: the first one is the promotion of students ‘team spirits; and the second one is better teacher-student relationship; the last one is the improvement of the home-education.In order to handle these contradictions effectively,both home-education and extracurricular activities should be available.Besides,the professionalism of teachers is also necessary.

  1 Introduction
  1.1 The definition of the basic curriculum reform
  With the arrival of the 21st century,society,family and school have reached a consensus: the society in the future should be an information society.In order to make young people live in the information society with confidence,it is necessary to take the curriculum reform into force.
  1.2 The research background
  In modern days,more and more attention is directed to the basic curriculum reform.There is a research about the public attention of curriculum reform,and it shows that since the Basic Curriculum Reform Outline was published in 2001,the index has grown up ever-increasingly.It can be proved from both the domestic studies and overseas studies.
  1.3 Benefits that the curriculum reform has brought
  The implementation of the new round curriculum reform has laid a great foundation for further improvement of the students’ development.Compared with the parents in old times,during which they just send their kids to school ignoring caring for their study or emotions,the new generation parents keep track of their kids’ learning and emotion.
  2 The existing problems in the curriculum reform
  Extracurricular activities refer to the planned and organized educational activities in school outside the scope of the teaching plan and the syllabus (Robin Hopkins,2015).It is an educational activity,which is organized by the school organization or organized by the educational institution of the school to supplement the school teaching and realize the educational policy requirements.
  The curriculum reform points out that the emergence of home-school cooperation represents a change of education concepts,and it also represents the respect to personality and status of parents.Many parents care more about how many the teaching materials affect their kids than how much learning materials they have learned.   3 The ways to solve the problems
  3.1 en extracurricular activities and classroom teaching
  While,now too many extracurricular activities have been involved after class,and their status outrank classroom teaching.How to balance the relationship between both is as necessary.
  3.2 To make the home education available and improve the teacher’s professional ability
  Whether it is school education,or family education,students are the main body of school and home education,and they need guidelines from both.Nowadays,more and more parents are complaining their children bring more and more schoolwork home,and the correcting and evaluating are left to parents.
  With the practice of new curriculum reform,the current basic education has greatly changed people’s educational mode of thinking,by the way,it will also fundamentally change the teacher’s teaching methods.
  4 Conclusion
  The fundamental goal of education is to train high-quality all-round development of talents.During the process of basic curriculum reform,there are so many challenging changes that the teaching system has become better.
  In short,this reform has extremely vital value for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of a learning society.It is extremely urgent for more practitioners to put forth more effort in terms of the solutions for some remaining issues to make this reform better.
