消化道测压是其他检查手段不可替代的,广泛使用的评价消化道运动功能的检查手段,对消化道运动障碍型疾病的诊断有较高的价值。但由于测量压力均是介入性检查,实施起来很不方便,且影响因素较多,所以对结果的分析还需要不断积累经验。结肠压力测量的研究更是如此。本研究对实际采集的结肠压力信号进行特征提取,采用学习矢量量化的方法进行结肠压力信号的识别。学习结果表明,这种方法可以将结肠压力信号分为正常和异常两组,与初始的医疗诊断相符合,为进一步根据结肠压力信号识别肠道的动力性能奠定了基础。
Gastrointestinal manometry is irreplaceable by other means of examination, widely used in the evaluation of gastrointestinal function tests, the diagnosis of diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract disorders have a higher value. However, because the measurement of pressure is an interventional check, it is inconvenient to implement and there are many influencing factors. Therefore, the analysis of the results also needs to continuously accumulate experience. Colorectal pressure measurement research is even more so. In this study, we collected the colonic pressure signal which was actually collected, and used the method of learning vector quantization to identify the colonic pressure signal. The results show that this method can be divided into normal and abnormal colonic pressure signals in two groups, consistent with the initial medical diagnosis, which further lays the foundation for further identification of the dynamic performance of intestinal tract based on the colonic pressure signal.
