目的 观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laserinsitukeratomileusis ,LASIK)术前患者结膜囊细菌分布及药物敏感性。方法 对LASIK术前10 0例患者(2 0 0只眼)结膜囊取材进行细菌培养,并观察培养阳性的细菌对10种常见抗生素的体外药物敏感性。结果 在2 0 0只眼结膜囊标本中细菌培养阳性者5 8眼(71株) ,阳性率2 9% ,共分离鉴定出12个细菌种属;其中革兰氏阳性菌为85 . 9% ,革兰氏阴性菌为14. 1% ;金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、棒状杆菌属及假单胞菌属为LASIK术前患者结膜囊存在的常见菌属。药敏结果发现所分离细菌对阿米卡星和左氧氟沙星最敏感。结论 革兰氏阳性菌是LASIK术前患者结膜囊存在的最常见菌,术前预防性抗生素使用应注意选择对革兰氏阳性菌敏感的抗生素
Objective To observe the bacterial distribution and drug sensitivity of conjunctival sac in preoperative laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) patients. Methods The culture of conjunctival sac in 100 patients (200 eyes) before LASIK was performed and the in vitro drug sensitivity of 10 kinds of common antibiotics was observed. Results In 220 specimens of conjunctival sac, 58 (71 eyes) were positive for bacterial culture, the positive rate was 29%. Twelve bacterial species were isolated and identified. Among them, Gram-positive bacteria were 85.9% , Gram-negative bacteria was 14.1%; Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Corynebacterium and Pseudomonas genus LASIK patients before conjunctival sac common bacteria genus. Susceptibility results showed that the isolated bacteria were the most sensitive to amikacin and levofloxacin. Conclusions Gram-positive bacteria are the most common bacteria in the conjunctival sac of LASIK patients. Preoperative antibiotics should be used to select antibiotics that are sensitive to Gram-positive bacteria
