本文介绍一种能精确测定脉冲调制正弦信号相位差的新方法和根据此方法研制成的相角测试仪.这一新的测试方法的原理为:当两被测信号的差值为极小时,其相位差φ_1—φ_2与差值极小值(幅值)Udmin之间有一简单的关系,即φ_1-φ_2=sin~-1(U_dmin/U_1)用此方法测定两信号的相位差,当φ_1-φ_2≤5°时具有较高的测试精度(△φ<±0.2°)及分辨率(△φ′<0.06°).此仪器同时还能测定两信号的幅值比,其测试误差和分辨率,当φ_1-φ_2≤5°时分别为△δ<±0.2dB和△δ′<0.12dB.
