前言采用大规模集成电路的方法已制成了单片高精度模数转换器、稳定斩波放大器和串行一并行转换器等常用器件。因此,模拟信号变送器现在可用价格不贵的高精度和高稳定性的数字传输来代替。本文介绍了如何实现的问题。把传感器输出信号通过一定距离精确地传送到中心场所进行显示、数字化或计算,对过程控制来说是一个长久存在的问题。传感器和接收器之间,惯常的传输方法是采用4—20mA电流回路。其中,4mA信号代表模拟零点并提供使传感器线路工作的附加电流,在满刻度耐,传感器达到20mA。
Preface Large-scale integrated circuit method has been made monolithic high-precision analog-to-digital converter, stable chopping amplifier and serial-parallel converter and other common devices. As a result, analog signal transmitters can now be replaced by inexpensive, high-precision and high-stability digital transmission. This article describes how to achieve the problem. It is a long-standing problem for process control to display, digitize, or calculate the sensor output signal accurately to a central location over a distance. Between the sensor and the receiver, the usual method of transmission is to use a 4-20mA current loop. Among them, the 4mA signal represents the analog zero point and provides additional current to operate the sensor line. At full scale, the sensor reaches 20mA.
