各市、县(市、区)教育局: 近年以来,在各级教育行政部门和广大校长、教师、学生及学生家长的共同努力下,减轻中小学生过重课业负担的工作取得了一定的成绩。但是,在学校和家庭的双重压力下,中小学生课业负担过重现象至今没有从根本上得到有效遏制,有的地方还相当严重,严重影响着青少年学生的身心健康,影响着社会主义事业接班人和建设者的茁壮成长,影响着国家和民族的未来。在我省基本普及从学前三年到高中阶段的15年教育和全面实施基础教育新课程的情况下,为了减轻中小学生过重的课业负担,保护青少年学生健康和谐的发展,特提出如下意见: 一、改革评价和考试制度 (一)各级教育行政部门和业务部门的领导以及各中
