目的:总结腔镜器械在消毒供应中心规范化清洗的方法和优越性。方法:抽取20套手术室器械护士清洗后腔镜器械为对照组,20套经由消毒供应中心规范化清洗器械为观察组。对照组采用以往的由手术器械护士手工清洗,观察组在消毒供应中心采用规范化的超声+手工清洗流程,进行功能及清洁度的检查。结果:规范化清洗使器械的功能良好,清洁度明显提高,由93.1%提高至97.1%。节省了器械护士准备接台手术时间。结论:规范化清洗流程使腔镜器械清洗的更为干净,使价格昂贵的腔镜器械得到高效的重复使用。
Objective: To summarize the method and superiority of the standardized cleaning of endoscopic instruments in the disinfection supply center. Methods: Twenty sets of operating room equipment nurses were taken as control group after cleaning, and 20 sets of standardized cleaning equipment were taken as observation group by disinfection supply center. The control group was manually cleaned by the nurses of surgical instruments in the past, and the observation group used the standardized ultrasonic + manual cleaning process in the disinfection supply center to check the function and cleanliness. Results: The standardized cleaning improved the function of the device and significantly improved the cleanliness from 93.1% to 97.1%. Saving equipment nurses ready to take the Taiwan operation time. Conclusion: The standardized cleaning process makes the endoscopic instruments cleaner and makes the expensive endoscopic instruments efficient and reusable.
