为了正确区分期刊的自引证率与自被引率,防止出现期刊自引率使用的混乱现象。文章通过文献调研法,对已公开出版论文中的期刊自引率使用的混乱现象进行了全面梳理。期刊自引率使用乱象主要表现为同一作者、同一期刊对自引率的理解不一致,不同作者、不同学科对自引率的认识不一致,引证文献、被引文献中自引率的含义不一致。针对期刊自引率的使用乱象,提出了3点策略:规范期刊自引率相关专业名词术语,对作者开展期刊引文分析知识普及教育,加强参考文献的审核加工工作。
In order to correctly distinguish the self-citation rate of journals and the self-citation rate, it is necessary to prevent confusion caused by journals’ self-citation rate. Through the literature research method, this article comprehensively combs the chaos phenomenon of the journal self-cited rate in the published papers. Periodical self-cited rate chaos used mainly for the same author, the same periodicals self-cited rate of understanding is inconsistent, different authors, different disciplines of the self-introduction of the rate of inconsistency, citing documents, cited references self-cited rate of meaning is inconsistent. Aiming at the chaotic use of journal self-citation rate, this paper puts forward three strategies: standardizing self-citation-related terminology of journals, educating the author on citation analysis of journals and strengthening the examination and processing of reference documents.
