我厂设计、试制,经鉴定后投入批量生产的JJ2K-1A一吨双筒卷扬机(见图1),在我省深受欢迎,现将该机简介如下: 该机由联轴节、减速器、离合器、制动器、卷筒和底座组成(见图2)。联轴节为圆柱销弹性联轴节。减速器为二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器。减速器的输出轴即为该机的主轴。主轴除由减速器的轴承支承外,其两端各有一个轴承座支承。卷筒是由滚珠轴承和圆锥滚子轴承支承在主轴上,轴向不可移动。卷筒依靠锥形摩擦离合器的锥块直接驱动。离合器的锥块紧固在驱动盘上,驱动盘在主轴上是以滑动配合的花键连接的。锥块的离合作用(即轴向左右移动),靠三头螺纹副驱动(见图3)。三头螺纹的外螺纹盖,作为减速器的主轴轴承盖与减速器壳体紧固为一体。三头螺纹的
Our JJ2K-1A one ton double drum winch (see Figure 1) which was designed, trial-produced, and put into mass production after approval was very popular in our province. The cone of the clutch is fastened to the drive plate, and the drive plate is splined with a splined spline on the spindle.
