安全疏散设计是整个建筑物防火设计的重要组成部分,对发生意外情况之后的人员疏散至关重要,可以减小人员的伤亡和财产的损失。因此,对于人员较为密集的地下综合体,安全疏散设计必不可少。但是由于地下综合体的功能较为复杂,设备又埋在地下,人流量还较大,所以其安全疏散设计较为复杂,需要考虑到多种因素的影响。本文从安全疏散的概念解读入手,首先分析了疏散时间的构成,然后研究了影响疏散时间的因素和地下综合体的疏散组织,以期为相关的研究提供可参考的意见。
Safety evacuation design is an integral part of the fire protection design of the entire building and is essential to evacuation of personnel after unforeseen circumstances and can reduce casualties and property losses. As a result, safe evacuation design is essential for underground complexes with more staff. However, due to the complex functions of the underground complex, the equipment is buried in the ground and the flow of people is still relatively large. Therefore, the safety evacuation design is complicated and requires consideration of the influences of various factors. Starting from the concept of safe evacuation, this paper first analyzes the composition of evacuation time, and then studies the factors that affect evacuation time and the evacuation organization of underground complex in order to provide reference for related research.
