区域经济发展不平衡构成了中国国情的基本特征之一,如何合理、正确地实施区域经济发展战略构成了我国宏观经济管理的一项重要内容。建国以来三代领导集体在不同历史条件下实施了不同的区域经济发展战略,文章令就第一代中央领导集体对西部经济的探索与贡献作一简要论述,希望对今天的“西部大开发”能起一定的借鉴作用。
The unbalanced development of regional economy constitutes one of the basic characteristics of China’s national conditions. How to implement the strategy of regional economic development in a rational and correct manner constitutes an important part of China’s macroeconomic management. Since the founding of the People’s Republic, the three generations of collective leadership have implemented different strategies for regional economic development under different historical conditions. The article makes a brief discussion on the exploration and contribution made by the first generation of central collective leadership in the economic development in the western region.
