气象灾害自古以来就是人类生存和发展中不可避免的自然灾害之一,由于因为气象灾害频发,导致大部分人无家可归,农田受损,对经济的发展,人们的生活产生了重大的影响,不利于农业现代化的稳步发展。因而,加强突发气象灾害防治体系建设,不断提升气象灾害应急机制中公民道德意识,提高的防灾、救灾的重建能力,减少因为气象灾害造成的经济损失,对实现经济发展具有重大意义。本文提出气象灾害中提升公民道德意识的必要性,指出公民在应对气象灾害中存在的不足,并提出相应的措施,希望能给予一定的帮助。
Meteorological disasters have been one of the unavoidable natural disasters in human existence and development since ancient times. Because of the frequent meteorological disasters, most people are left homeless and the farmland is damaged. As a result, the life of the people is greatly affected by the economic development Affect, is not conducive to the steady development of agricultural modernization. Therefore, strengthening the contingency meteorological disaster prevention and control system, continually enhancing the awareness of civic morality in meteorological disaster emergency response mechanism, improving disaster prevention and relief reconstruction capacity, and reducing the economic losses caused by meteorological disasters are of great significance to the realization of economic development. This paper puts forward the necessity of raising civic moral awareness in meteorological disasters and points out the shortcomings of citizens in coping with meteorological disasters and puts forward corresponding measures, hoping to give some help.
