在发展社会主义医疗市场的新形势下,必须坚持深化卫生改革,以病人为中心,以质量为核心,在全程优质服务中推进医德医风建设不断向纵深发展,重在抓建设,功在求深入.1 领导力量着力于责任落实当中医德医风建设是一项系统工程,需要全社会以及各级领导、医务职工共同来做,尤其是医院党政一把手要负总责,真正从思想上重视,认识上到位,工作上抓落实.首先,思想认识要提高.院科两级干部要针对医德医风重在建设、“建设什么”、“怎么去建设”这一基本问题,进行认真的研究与探索,深刻认识到,始终把围绕为病人提供优质服务作为加强医德建设的立足点,着重结合“以病人为中心,以满意为目标”的主题开展,才能深入下去,才能优化医院的文明环境.其次,组织机构要健全.医院、科室都要成立医德医风建
