目的 :探讨AC-88抗肿瘤作用及可能机制。 方法 :以移植H22肝癌细胞的小鼠为体内模型 ,研究了AC -88的抑瘤作用 ;应用细胞培养和MTT法研究荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖功能 ;用RT-PCR法研究荷瘤小鼠T淋巴细胞TNF-α、IL-1β和IL -6mRNA含量变化。 结果 :实验发现 ,AC -88的体内抑瘤率可高达76 % ,而且AC-88能促进荷瘤鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖 ,能使T细胞中TNF-α、IL -1β、IL -6等细胞因子的mRNA含量增加2~4倍。 结论 :AC -88有良好的抑瘤作用 ,还可以调节T淋巴细胞的功能 ,是一种具有较高开发价值的抗癌药物
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of AC-88 and its possible mechanism. Methods: The anti-tumor effect of AC-88 was induced in mice transplanted with H22 hepatoma cells. The proliferation of T lymphocytes in tumor-bearing mice was studied by cell culture and MTT assay. Changes of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 mRNA in mouse T lymphocytes. Results: The antitumor activity rate of AC-88 in vivo was as high as 76%, and AC-88 could promote the proliferation of T lymphocytes in tumor-bearing mice and TNF-α, IL-1β, IL- Cytokine mRNA content increased by 2 to 4 times. Conclusion: AC-88 has a good anti-tumor effect, but also can regulate the function of T lymphocytes, is a high value of anti-cancer drugs
