为了提升市政工程项目的经济利润,必须对市政工程项目的前期阶段、招投标、设计阶段和施工阶段等工程造价予以严格控制,解决不同阶段中存在的问题。因此,本文针对市政工程项目阶段性造价的合理确定和有效控制进行了分析,通过树立正确的全过程管理理念,并采取科学的方法,实现对市政工程造价的动态管理,确保市政工程项目阶段性造价具有合理性。
In order to enhance the economic profit of municipal engineering projects, it is necessary to strictly control the construction cost of municipal engineering projects in the early stage, bidding and tendering, design stage and construction stage so as to solve the problems existing in different stages.
