胰腺疾病伴有胰腺外分泌功能减退,常可发生胃或十二指肠溃疡。本文报道114例慢性胰腺炎患者的胃酸分泌和血清胃泌素水平。方祛:114例中男性88例,女性26例;平均年龄为45岁。慢性胰腺炎的病因,48例为酒精性,12例为胆石症,13例为急性胰腺炎,6例为胰腺损伤,35例原因不明。114例中n例并发胃溃疡,8例为十二指肠溃疡,都由X线、内窥镜或手木证实。用加大组织胺侧定患者
Pancreatic disease associated with pancreatic exocrine dysfunction, often gastric or duodenal ulcer may occur. This article reports the gastric acid secretion and serum gastrin levels in 114 patients with chronic pancreatitis. Fang Qu: 114 cases of 88 males and 26 females; the average age of 45 years. Chronic pancreatitis causes, 48 cases of alcohol, 12 cases of cholelithiasis, 13 cases of acute pancreatitis, 6 cases of pancreatic injury, 35 cases of unknown cause. In 114 cases, n cases were complicated with gastric ulcer and 8 cases were duodenal ulcer, all confirmed by X-ray, endoscope or hand wood. Side by side with increasing histamine patients
