糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。有研究表明,线粒体功能障碍在糖尿病心肌病的发生、发展过程中起着关键作用,而线粒体功能的正常发挥,依赖于线粒体膜结构的稳定。对糖尿病心肌线粒体膜分子改变及相关机制进行研究,有助于人们对糖尿病心肌病的深入认识,对其治疗措施有所突破,具有重要的指导意义。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the major causes of death in diabetic patients. Studies have shown that mitochondrial dysfunction in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy play a key role, and the normal function of mitochondria depends on the stability of the mitochondrial membrane structure. Studying the changes of mitochondrial membrane molecules in diabetic myocardium and related mechanisms will be of great help to people’s in-depth understanding of diabetic cardiomyopathy and their breakthrough in therapeutic measures, which is of great guiding significance.
