在问卷调查的基础上,首先运用因子分析构建了中国石油企业对外投资风险评价指标体系;然后,提出了基于熵权-灰色关联-TOPSIS的综合评价模型,并以2011年中石油、中石化、中海油的4个海外投资项目为例进行了实证分析。结果表明:石油企业对外投资过程中,经济风险最大。
On the basis of the questionnaire survey, firstly, the index system of risk evaluation of Chinese petroleum enterprises’ overseas investment was established by using factor analysis. Then, a comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight-gray relational-TOPSIS was proposed. Taking the petroleum products of PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC Four overseas investment projects as an example for an empirical analysis. The results show that: the oil companies in the process of foreign investment, the greatest economic risk.
