提出了水平平板上自然蒸发的挥发性液体液滴,在传热产生的表面张力梯度作用下 液滴内部二维轴对称流动的简化数学模型。导出了控制液滴内部流动的参数是比渥数Bi 和马拉哥尼数Ma。并用涡量-流函数数值计算方法求解了液滴内部流动的流场和温 度分布。发现随着Bi数和Ma数的不断增大,液滴内部流动将由一致方向的回转流 动分化为多个细胞流结构,本文还对产生细胞流结构的机理、条件和特点作了详尽分 析。
A simplified mathematical model of the two-dimensional axisymmetric flow inside a droplet under the surface tension gradient caused by heat transfer is proposed. The parameters that control the flow inside the droplet are Bi and Marangoni Ma. The flow field and temperature distribution inside the droplet were solved by the vorticity-flow function numerical method. It is found that with the increase of Bi number and Ma number, the internal flow of droplets will be differentiated into multiple cell flow structures by the rotating flow in a uniform direction. The mechanism, conditions and characteristics of cell flow structure are also analyzed in detail.
