本文介绍一种工作波长６９０ｎｍ连续波输出功率１．２Ｗ的ＡｌＧａＩｎＰ激光器阵列。阵列由３６个制作在带有８μｍ宽脊形波导的１６μｍ中心的激光器组成，结面朝下安装在金刚石热沉上。该激光器可靠性极高，输出为１．１Ｗ时寿命已超过２３００小时。
This paper introduces a working wavelength of 690nm continuous wave output power 1.2W AlGaInP laser array. The array consisted of 36 lasers fabricated in a 16 μm center with 8 μm wide ridge waveguide with the junction face down on a diamond heat sink. The high reliability of the laser, the output of 1.1W life expectancy has more than 2300 hours.
