英国,是西方国家中重视中学地理教育的典型。香港的中学地理教育,深受英国的影响。近年来,我国修订中学地理教学大纲时,曾专门与香港的地理教学大纲作过比较研究。目前,国内正在试编或试用的各套新的中学地理教材中,也有不少借鉴香港教材之处。因此,研究英国中学地理教育,对于我国当前的地理教育改革无疑是有作用的。本文拟从以下三个方面来研究评价英国的中学地理教育。
Britain is a typical example of geography education in middle school. Hong Kong’s secondary school geography education is deeply influenced by the United Kingdom. In recent years, when China revised the syllabus for secondary school geography, it had conducted a comparative study with the geography syllabus in Hong Kong. At present, among the new sets of middle school geography textbooks that are being trial-edited or trialed in China, there are many references to Hong Kong textbooks. Therefore, studying the geography education in high schools in the UK is undoubtedly helpful for the current geography education reform in China. This article intends to study and evaluate the British high school geography education from the following three aspects.
