I. INTRODUCTION The issue of rational use of groundwater resources is of outstanding significance in ensuring the supply of water to a democratic Germany. In order to grasp more and more economic development of natural groundwater, it is required to establish an effective system for collecting and collating the water regime in the groundwater area.
