用四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病兔模型,以观察糖尿病兔角膜神经分布的形态学改变。试验兔分别于6、8、10、12周各处死一批,用组织化学技术和透射电镜观察兔角膜神经的分布、形态和结构改变。结果发现,糖尿病兔自造模后6周,神经网丛密度明显稀疏,神经分支变细,神经活性降低。超微结构显示,糖尿病兔角膜神经轴突肿胀,其内神经原纤维分布不均,线粒体呈现不同程度的变性。随着病程延长,上述变化日趋明显,推测糖尿病时角膜神经的改变与高血糖引起的代谢紊乱有关。
Diabetic rabbit model was induced by alloxan to observe the morphological changes of corneal nerve distribution in diabetic rabbits. The rabbits were sacrificed at 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks respectively. The distribution, morphology and structure of the corneal nerve in rabbits were observed by histochemistry and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that, at 6 weeks after model establishment, the density of neural network plexus was obviously sparse, the nerve branches became thinner and the neural activity decreased. The ultrastructure showed that the corneal axons in diabetic rabbit swollen with uneven distribution of inner nerve fibrils, and mitochondria showed varying degrees of degeneration. With the prolonged course of the above changes have become increasingly evident, presumably diabetic corneal changes and hyperglycemia caused by metabolic disorders.
