分析51例药源性中性粒细胞减少症和缺乏症。前者36例,后者15例。其病因以解热镇痛药居首,为21.5%,其后依次为甲巯咪唑、H2受体阻滞剂、抗生素、磺胺及其它抗菌药,分别为19.6%、17.6%,15.7%,11.7%。其它少见的有抗结核药、氯丙嗪、苯妥英钠、氯磺苯脉、普鲁卡因胺、卡托普利等。死亡3例,均为粒缺患者,占粒缺的20%。因此,合理用药、严格掌握适应症、使用过程中严密观察血象变化,是减少发生率和病死率的关键。
