本文用经白细胞介素-2(IL-2)激活的恶性胶质瘤肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(GTIL)在裸小鼠体内攻击恶性胶质瘤,目的观察和了解GTIL对恶性胶质瘤生长抑制作用,为临床恶性胶质瘤的治疗提供科学依据。(1)GTIL抑制恶性胶质瘤在裸小鼠体内生长实验,结果发现裸小鼠移植瘤成瘤率GTIL+IL-I组<GTIL组<IL-2组<对照组;3组与对照组相比差异明显(P<0.05),其中GTII+IL-2组和GTIL组差异显著(P<0.01).(2)GTIL不同用药途径实验,结果发现局部用药组移植瘤瘤体明显缩小,与对照组相比差异明显(P<0.05),静脉用药组移植瘤瘤体可见缩小.但与对照组相比无明显统计学意义(>0.05),该研究表明,肿瘤局部GTIL疗法在治疗恶性胶质瘤术后残留灶及预防术后癌肿复发方面作用显著,为临床恶性胶质瘤的综合治疗开辟了一条新途径。
In this article, malignant gliomas were challenged with glioma-infiltrating lymphocytes (GTIL) activated by interleukin-2 (IL-2) in nude mice to observe and understand the inhibitory effects of GTIL on glioblastoma growth. Provide scientific basis for the treatment of clinical malignant glioma. (1) GTIL inhibited the growth of malignant glioma in nude mice. The results showed that tumorigenicity of nude mice transplanted with GTIL+IL-I group 0.05). This study showed that the local GTIL therapy has a significant role in the treatment of residual lesions and prevention of postoperative recurrence of malignant gliomas. It is clinically malignant. The comprehensive treatment of gliomas has opened up a new way.
