1998年6～9月,对济宁市城区36家旅店经不同方法洗消后铺于床上的卧具进行了细菌污染调查。检测时,以蘸有无菌生理盐水的棉拭涂抹采样,将棉拭头剪入装有10ｍｌ无菌生理盐水的试管内。敲打试管以洗脱棉拭上菌。取洗脱液作活菌计数,以细菌总数≥8ｃｆｕ/ｃｍ2为超标。检测的卧具分
From June to September 1998, a survey of bacterial contamination of bedding in shops in 36 hotels in Jining City was carried out by different methods.
