目的探讨3D适形立体放射治疗N0期鼻咽癌的临床效果。方法选取大同市第二人民医院2010年7月—2012年7月收治的43例N0期鼻咽癌患者,均采用3D适形立体放射治疗,观察患者治疗前后的临床效果及不良反应,并进行分析与讨论。结果本组患者均有效完成放射治疗,其中完全缓解28例(65.1%),部分缓解12例(27.9%),无变化2例(4.7%),进展1例(2.3%),总有效率为93.0%,大部分患者均获良好改善,治疗效果比较满意。2年生存患者31例(72.1%),疾病复发与远端转移共4例(9.3%)。治疗期间存在中轻度口腔黏膜炎、听力减退、张口困难与放射线皮炎反应。结论 3D适形立体放射治疗N0期鼻咽癌的临床效果显著,可有效改善肿瘤表现,抑制其复发与转移,且不良反应程度较轻微。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 3D conformal radiotherapy on N0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 43 patients with N0 stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Datong from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected with 3D conformal radiotherapy to observe the clinical effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Analysis and discussion. Results All the patients in this group were successfully treated with radiotherapy, of which 28 cases (65.1%) were completely relieved, 12 cases (27.9%) partially relieved, 2 cases (4.7%) unchanged, and 1 case (2.3%) progressed. The total effective rate 93.0%, most patients were well improved, the treatment effect is more satisfactory. There were 31 patients (72.1%) with 2-year survival, 4 patients (9.3%) with disease recurrence and distant metastasis. During the treatment there was mild oral mucositis, hearing loss, mouth opening difficulties and radiation dermatitis reaction. Conclusion 3D conformal radiotherapy for N0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma has significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the tumor performance, inhibit the recurrence and metastasis, and the degree of adverse reactions is slight.
