肾综合征出血热(HFRS)是以肾脏损害为主的全身性多脏器损害的急性传染病,常伴有心脏损害。多普勒超声(UCG)对HFRS左室收缩功能的研究至今国内外未见报道。自1995年3月至1997年3月应用UCG检测50例重症HFRS患者左室收缩功能,现报道如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 对象 根据卫生部1987年EHF防治方案(试行)的标准。并经ELISA法检测EHF特异性抗体IgM证实的50例重症HFRS住院患者作为观察组。男29例,女21例,年龄10~68岁(平均37岁)。观察组于急性期,恢复期分别进行检测。急性期发
Renal Syndrome Hemorrhagic fever (HFRS) is an acute infectious disease of systemic multiple organ damage that is predominantly kidney damage, often accompanied by heart damage. Doppler ultrasound (UCG) on left ventricular systolic function of HFRS has not been reported at home and abroad. From March 1995 to March 1997 UCG detection of 50 patients with severe HFRS left ventricular systolic function, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Subject According to the Ministry of Health 1987 EHF control program (Trial) standards.
