本文研究 Ce浸种对自然和人工老化的水稻种子发芽的影响。结果表明经 Ce处理后 ,自然和人工老化种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数都有明显提高 ,呼吸作用增强。这是由于处理过的老化种子在发芽过程中 SOD、 CAT和 POD等保护酶活性增强 ,O2 · -自由基和 MDA膜脂过氧化产物含量降低 ,种子浸泡液的电导率下降。 Ce浸种处理对自然老化水稻种子的发芽促进作用好于人工老化种子
This paper studies the effect of Ce soaking on the germination of naturally and artificially aged rice seeds. The results showed that after Ce treatment, the germination rate, germination index and vitality index of natural and artificial aging seeds were significantly increased and respiration was enhanced. This is due to the increased activity of protective enzymes such as SOD, CAT and POD, the decreased content of O2 · - and MDA membrane lipid peroxidation, and the decreased conductivity of the seed soaking solution.
