我厂位于湖南西部酉水下游,高山环抱,远离城市,地处偏僻,是1970年动工,1978年投产的新厂。我厂的档案工作和其它工作一样,建设迟,起步晚,基础差。从1988年底开展企业档案工作上等级以来,厂领导和档案人员树立信心,虚心求教,坚持实干,很快跃为省级先进企业。一年来的实践,我们有以下体会:一、要树立“麻袋也能绣出好花”的信心过去,由于受“三边”(边设计、边施工、边投产)思想的影响,我厂档案工作基础十分薄弱,具体表现在:①案卷质量差,整理欠科学,装订粗造,卷皮陈旧。②库房条件差,面积小,档案箱柜破旧,设备简陋。③档案人员业务素质差,大都是
