国家档案局于6月28日至7月2日在北京分別召开城建档案工作座谈会、企业档案分类讨论会和企业档案管理升级成果鉴定会。在城建档案工作座谈会上,国家档案局荷文副司长介绍了近两年来国家档案局和建设部在全国20多个省市调查城建档案工作的状况,与会代表围绕介绍情况,结合本省市的情况进行了讨沦。大家认为:这几年的城建档案工作发展迅速,成绩显著,但由于对这项工作研究不够,认识和经验不足,指导不力,因此存在的问题也很突出,阻碍了城建档案工作的发展。
National Archives from June 28 to July 2 were held in Beijing Urban Construction Archives Symposium, Enterprise Archive Classification Seminar and Enterprise Records Management Upgrade Results appraisal meeting. At the forum for urban construction archives work, deputy director of the Dutch Bureau of National Archives introduced the status of the archives and the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China in investigating urban construction archives work in more than 20 provinces and cities in the past two years. The delegates discussed the situation with urban construction archives, The situation of the city was discussed.
