Library knowledge management is the process of integrating the knowledge information within its organization orderly and maximizing it into management strategies of productivity, competitiveness and new value, and also realizing the process of knowledge innovation, knowledge diffusion and knowledge appreciation, Library knowledge innovation, technological innovation, management innovation and innovation ability and level of information technology, in order to obtain the library knowledge sustainable development process.
