以生物质废弃物红枣核为原料制备中孔活性炭,对其进行了表征.用所制活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝,研究了该吸附过程的吸附平衡与动力学.结果表明,活性炭的比表面积为1223 m~2/g,平均孔径为3.168 nm,其表面可能主要含羧基、羟基、酯基等官能团.采用4种吸附等温模型对实验数据进行非线性拟合,Redlich-Peterson模型能较好地描述亚甲基蓝在枣核活性炭上的吸附平衡,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,吸附过程由化学吸附和粒子内扩散共同控制.
The mesoporous activated carbon was prepared from jujube core of biomass waste and characterized by adsorption on methylene blue with activated carbon.The adsorption equilibrium and kinetics of the adsorption process were studied.The results showed that the specific surface area of activated carbon was 1223 m ~ 2 / g, the average pore size of 3.168 nm, the surface may contain carboxyl, hydroxyl, ester and other functional groups.Using four adsorption isotherm models for nonlinear fitting experimental data, the Redlich-Peterson model can better describe the methylene blue in The adsorption equilibrium on the jujube activated carbon is in accordance with the pseudo second-order kinetic model. The adsorption process is controlled by chemical adsorption and intra-particle diffusion.
