1980年8月中旬至9月底,我们对生产农用缸套、活塞、活塞环的十几家工厂进行了调查,对该行业的基本情况有了一个初步了解。现按调查情况,提出一些规划意见。 一、基本情况和问题 缸套(包括活塞、活塞环,下同)行业已有一个相当的规模。根据目前市场状况预测,近期农机行业对缸套、活塞、活塞环的需要量不会有大的增长。但是,对产品的品种和质量将会提出高的要求。因此,对三配件总的规划设想是,近期总的生产能力不要求有多大的发展,重点是发展产品品种,提高产品质量,节约能源。
From mid-August to the end of September 1980, we conducted a survey of more than a dozen factories that produce agricultural liners, pistons and piston rings and got a basic understanding of the industry. Now according to the investigation, put forward some planning opinions. First, the basic situation and problems Cylinder liner (including piston, piston ring, the same below) industry has a considerable size. According to the current market conditions forecast, the recent agricultural machinery industry on the cylinder, piston, piston ring demand will not have a big increase. However, there will be high demands on the variety and quality of products. Therefore, the total planning of the three parts is envisaged that the recent total production capacity does not require much development, the focus is to develop product varieties, improve product quality, save energy.
