城镇化的快速发展,经济水平的提高,使得人口快速向城市集聚,小汽车的拥有量也逐年提高,交通拥堵成为各大中城市不得不面临的通病。政府部门以及学者们对于如何解决交通拥堵问题做出了很多尝试,就目前来说,发展公共交通已成为一种共识。虽然长期以来,国内各大中城市在扶持公共交通发展方面都做出了很大的努力,但实际情况并不乐观,与小汽车相比,公共交通仍然处于劣势,无法与其他以公共交通出行为主导的国家和地区中的城市相比。因此,解决交通问题,不仅需要大力发展公共交通设施,还需要在发展公共交通的前提下,辅助于城市规划、交通管理、政策制定等方面的研究和探讨。
The rapid development of urbanization and the improvement of the economic level make it possible for the population to gather rapidly to the cities and the number of cars to be increased year by year. Traffic congestion has become a common problem faced by major cities. Government departments and scholars have made many attempts to solve the problem of traffic congestion. For now, the development of public transport has become a consensus. Although great efforts have been made by major cities in supporting the development of public transport for a long time, the actual situation is not optimistic. Compared with cars, public transport is still at a disadvantage and can not communicate with other public transport services Compared to cities in a country dominated by behavior. Therefore, to solve the traffic problem, we not only need to develop public transport facilities vigorously, but also assist in the research and discussion of urban planning, traffic management and policy making under the premise of developing public transport.
